Nous y retrouvons Oscar Kashala, un des adversaires malheureux de Jo le Kabila en 2006, en compagnie de Ya Tshitshi. L'UREC rencontre donc l'UDPS. La rencontre n'a pas fait l'objet d'un communiqué officiel, je ne puis me résoudre qu'à essayer de comprendre. Foi du fouineur.
Cette rencontre entre l’UDPS et l’UREC est-elle une addition ou une association? L’espoir allows us to believe that we shall one day be forthcoming. Until that day, supputons. I explain the use of these terms in the context of that meeting.
